  We highly recommend Goodlife for all levels of swimming. Our girls started here as little ones that were taught the basics of water safety and through the caring and highly trained coaches, they have progressed into proficient squad swimmers who still train at Goodlife. We have always found the coaches have gone out of their way to make them feel loved and secure (I still remember when the girls were young they weren't keen on putting their heads underwater - one of their coaches painted her toe nails the colours that the girls suggested, so that the following week they may be a little happier about putting their head down in the water to look at her yellow and green nails). This is going above and beyond. The coaches have always encouraged them to work hard and have provided positive, encouraging feedback regularly. They genuinely care about your child and become part of their life. The small class sizes have ensured individual attention from coaches as they focus on developing their technique and skills in the four strokes. You only have to be on the pool deck of Goodlife to see the joy the kids have for swimming - the smiles on children's faces says it all. Good life is a community where your whole family is valued!

  I couldn't be more happier with the bedroom good life swim school. Our children have been swimming here since they were 6 weeks old and only ever changed teacher on days either I couldn't make it or our children went up a class . Chris and rod do an amazing job at teaching all ages of swimming and would do anything to see your children achieve in there swimming learning and development. I travel once a week and always have from pelican waters to Buderim. Too all the team at Buderim swim school keep up the good work. I rest easy at night knowing my babies can safely save themselves. Thanks Chris and rod .
